Cool, Jakey. I don't know anything about the brand, but "Oscuro Colorado 100" is, I believe, telling you that the cigars would have been a very dark brown, almost black color ("Oscuro"), and were made with a wrapper leaf from Colorado. The "100" could be some kind of size indicator.
It is definitely Cuban and the words Oscuro Colorado refer to the wrapper. It is a reddish wrapper similar to a Partagas Rosado. Oscuro Colorado is spanish for obscure red color.
