    Manuel Quesada uses it I know, specifically on the Arana, and inside a few boxes of different brands I've seen it. Fonseca etc. even some bundles. I think its just a thing he uses, but maybe more factories use it, or maybe its just one factory making several brands that uses it. I'm sure someone else can give us a definite answer.

    Fuente uses it too. The box of Sun Grown double chateau has it.

    Pretty sure it is the same as what the Edgar Hoil comes wrapped in!

    Those are Nicaraguan. Oh well. Guess it's pretty common paper.
