Windows 8.1

Looks like this is going to be released on June 26th. From what I understand users who are currently running windows 8 can upgrade without charge (free) but will have to reinstall their current apps. I was thinking about making the switch to windows 8 and with this release I may just do it. Also with 8.1 comes Internet explorer 11. I don't use "the cloud" much but it appears that this OS is geared heavily towards cloud based files. Any one currently using 8.0, care to share your thoughts?? Also I would like to hear from any bing users out there, I use google and I would like to hear thoughts from someone who has used both.
