You might try having a small desk top around with a day to day selection handy. Small enough to restock with fresh choices as the mood permits?? At one point I had multiple smaller humis going and it was a PITA keeping track of smokes and maintaining/monitoring. I just just moved up to a footlocker and it seems to working really nice so far.
