Okay educate me please. I'm hoping to hit up a Vietnamese place next week and don't want to look like a complete idiot. The side dish of citrus and greens...do you just take that and mix whatever you prefer into the pho? Do you mix the sriracha into the pho? I've only eaten Vietnamese once and I think I had the rice vermicelli w grilled beef (bun thit bo?). Other than the noodles, what is the difference in bun and pho? The broth?

I don't know what the difference between bun and pho is because I don't know what bun is. You do put the vegetables in your pho. I've seen many people put sriracha in their pho, so you can do that too if you want.
Pho? Phoo!! Rocky Mountain oysters are just fine but you can have my share of the bull nuts they put in Phoo.... Just a bit overly mature for my taste, thank ya very much..... ??
