It was a serious question but once I posted it I second guessed asking it. I came across something that said it was a special make but then got confused since I found it in a sampler.

It used to be a limited run kind of thing. They only made so many and they only came in samplers. The dubs were popular so Oliva made some more, but they disappeared for a little while. Just came back recently I believe.
