I'm still on the emailing list for a B & M from back in NY, Brown's Cigar Store in Corning. I got an email this afternoon an they said that NY is reconfiguring it's 75% tax on cigars and that his next shipment will sell for 20 - 25 % LOWER!
I can't believe it, but it's too far from April Fool's Day! I lived in NY my whole life up until three years ago and this is the first time I have ever heard of them lowering a tax. It almost makes me want to go back. Nah!
