punch or bullet cutter is probably the way to go , put it on your key chain and you always heave it . i would shop around though you can get a good one for 10- 15 bucks. just dont be a fan of torpedos for this cutter.

Now, I've decided against the V-cutter for now and I want to buy a punch. Where can I get one on the cheap? The big auction site has some but then the sellers want stupid amounts of money that would then make a cheap punch not so cheap anymore.

I grabbed one from my local B&M for maybe $4? Something like that. It goes with me on my key chain. I assume it's not going to last much longer, think I've been using it since spring time and it's probably going to get dull eventually. But that's what .223 rounds are for.
I've tried the V cut a few times, and I always found it to be an enjoyable experiance. It centralizes the smoke a little bit more over the tounge then the standard guilitine cut, but not as much as the punch cut. I wouldn't buy one for myself since keeping the thing sharp is pretty much impossible but when the guy at the B&M cuts it for me before I relax to smoke, I don't complain. I think it's a nice change of pace.
