    Hehe, well, considering it doesn't officially kick in until July 1 but I'm already working on the restructuring and getting grief from my staff, not too bad. My problem employee has already tried to lecture me on things she thinks I do wrong, but I was happy I am a few years older and calmer than I used to be, I simply told her to stop and that we'd talk about this later (subtext was "at your next performance review"). And then I found a semester-length training on professional relationships, behavior and communication at our local community college that I'm going to send her to and require she pass. :) I'm sitting down with the Chief Operating Officer (my direct boss) and the HR manager to chart out my own professional development needs tomorrow.
