when i first saw the picture my initial reaction was not that it is stupid for awareness to raised. I actually agree with Mrs. Obama the we need to find the girls and bring them back to their homes. i am ok with people being aware.

my initial thought on seeing the picture was:
we are in a position to take action. this picture is not action. make a speech to those who can take action, congress or the UN (if they can be considered "actionable" anymore).


Tweeting something on social media will not solve a single thing. it DOES raise awareness so it isnt a bad thing, but it isnt the BEST thing.

of course i dont know what the best thing is. but a tweet is #forgettable
