Ok bourbon announcement time y'all! One of the big draws coming up is a bourbon that is continuously r acted highly and very sought after which is the Elijah Craig Barrellproof! As of February 2nd the 7 release of this will launch and this year it's a 12 year old expression coming in at 128.0 proof! I will be trying to locate a bottle myself but if anyone runs across a bottle at a reasonable price I would very much be interested in paying you to buy and ship it to me. Since Gray had mentioned it in the other thread and I had touched on it, figured I would post this cheat sheet. The basic recipe is O _ S _. The O signifies Four Roses and the S signifies Straight Bourbon Whiskey. The first blank is the mashbill. The second is the yeast code. So a couple examples would be OESK or OBSV. Hope this helps decipher what you might see on the shelves.

Yeah you definitely can taste it. The only thing I don't like is that they cut it down to 90 proof. If I'm getting the white, I want the full strength

This would be pretty awesome wouldn't it? To actually get a small barrel and age your own stuff just like 1/4 of all the other non distilling distillerys out there hahaha.
