So today, Valentines Eve, I decided to do something a little different. We have not actually celebrated a valentines on valentines day in over 7 years. We are the kind of people to go the day after and hit all of the deals.
Anyway. I saw on facebook that a local distillery, Rock Town Distillary, was doing a valentine tour and sampling with goodie bags at the end. Fairly suprising to me, the wife actually wanted to go. Is was a small place but very cool and the lady that did the tour was very intertaiming and knowledgeable about whisky.
They do whisky, rum, rye, vodka, burbon and some infused liquor like blackberry cobbler and apple pie. The sampling was very tasty and my favorite was a hickory smoked burbon. A look behind the bar
