Humidor Repair

I have a Havana Foot Locker and i can see daylight when i shine a light in from the back right edge of the humidor. This is not a very expensive Humidor and normally i would just replace it ... however this was my dad's and when he passed away my Mom sent it to me (MI to CA) and i want to keep it. can i put a bead of wood glue on the back edge (on the inside) to repair it? Thanks jgibv, i will try that ... i have a hot glue gun ... i will use that (if i see light in the opposite direction).
