Nope, not it. I guess the first clue was a bit vague. So here is the 2nd clue to try and narrow things down a bit.
The city is not located in the western hemisphere. -
I'm gonna guess HK (Hong Kong). Though I have more to go off of. I don't think I actually know this one though.
