    Okay folks, time to get organized. Please add your info to this list (copy/paste, quote, whatever works for you). Please include when you are arriving, leaving, if you are flying or driving, where you are staying, if you need a ride from an airport, etc. If all this info is in one place, it will be much easier for everyone to meet up effectively.
