What should I get? It's between a Peterson and a nording. Really like the nordings but peter sons are nice as well so I'm stuck

Nording signiture unfinished freehand. P&C

You can't go wrong with either one but I really like the army mounts that Peterson does. It is the only stem mount style that you can take apart while hot without issue, IMO.

Hey, it is fun picking you you are not the one buying!

My .02 cents. I have a Peterson Aran and a Nording Freehand, the Nording has a Huge bowl and tends to be a little finicky for a novice like me, it's easy to overload, if and when I do get it right it smokes forever. The Petterson is a lot more forgiving and burns well even if I don't get it packed perfectly. I love the way the Nording feels and looks but so far the Petterson out preforms it

Don't have a Nording but have 3 Petes and they're great pipes. Tons of choices too which is nice. Nording has some great looking pipes as well.

Take a pic of which one wins.

I have both, and I have to say I like both depending on the blends.

im a English and Virginia guy so what do you recommend?slamb@cigar.com:I have both, and I have to say I like both depending on the blends. -
I have been smoking Virginia based areo's through the Peterson with very good results. Had a bowl of Dunhill nightcap in the Nording last night, this is either a ribbon or a shag cut, burned to the bottom with a minimum of relights, only a couple of flakes left when I dumped it

And the winner Lee? you got me itching for another pipe too!
