This is still in limbo. Long story short: I had an address for RCY in my address book, it was incorrect or outdated, so it is supposedly sitting in the Waldorf, MD post office but it isn't there(DC#:03113260000017141998). I called in and tried to have it forwarded to his new address. Currently the status says 'Forwarded', so hopefully it gets delivered today to the correct address or heads back to me so I can resend it. Sorry for the delay
