I've messed around with a few Cohibas already. They're coming out like poo. A yellow stand makes them look like a taxi cab.

I start with a white SS. First I paint it using a high quality aerosol paint (I don't know if it's actually better or just more expensive. Ha!). Then I"ll use an adhesive (anything would work really) for the band. Then I shoot it with a clear triple glaze enamel. Once it cures, I'll shoot it with a few coats of clear high heat egine enamel. It's a lot of work but I enjoy making them.
