LTs that listen to their NCOs! (I just wish I knew some)
This is something I have noticed is nearly impossible to find. The last time I saw a good O listen to his platoon Sergent was in Afghanistan, during a TIC, and only because the SFC had been in a firefight more times than the LT had changed his socks haha
Don't laugh, but . . . the new Pokemon game. Haven't played Pokemon since the first one came out 15 yrs ago, so I thought I'd give the new one a chance since it's the first time since the original that all the monsters are new/no old ones during the main game. I gotta say - it's a really fun time-killer; great way to kill an afternoon with a few cigars
I love when I have a day or two off and I'm all thru my "honey do" list for the wife , the vehicles are fine , there are no relatives in the hospital , nothing else needs to be done ... AND ITS JUST ME AND CIGAR TIME !!!
The jug o' tea my guys get me when they go to chow everyday. The other day I forgot to put the jug in the chow basket and they got it out of the fridge, poured the still good tea from that morning into water bottles, and took the jug to refil it. Not hard to keep me in a good mood, just an IV of Sweet Tea please.
