I think it may be flipped because the Oasis II is pumping the air upwards rapidly, warmer air(normally more humid correct?) stays at the top while cooler, less humid air falls back down. I'd get an oust fan or two and point them down back towards the Oasis and see if that helps stabilize it.
I'm not sure how rapidly the Oasis II is pumping the air upwards, though. It's got 4 rows of drawers between it and the upper shelves, all with substantial numbers of cigars in them. And, for reasons I don't understand, the humi is built so that there is for all intents and purposes a seal across the front at the top of the drawers. That is, where the divider in the door is, between the upper and lower panes of glass, there's an extra thickness of cedar on the back side of it. It looks to me like it has to prevent much bottom-to-top circulation from happening up the front of the humi. So the only circulation is what's provided by the slots in the bottoms of the drawers, shelves, and trays. But with those bottoms covered with at least one layer and in almost all cases more than one layer of cigars, I wouldn't think the upward circulation is happening very rapidly.

Either more beads or you need to recharge the beads you have. Adding more beads would keep you from having to recharge as often, and probably help the RH recover more quickly after you open the humi.
