OK, looks like a league is now forming so I'l sign up in the hopes of pushing it to a 12 man team. I'm already in 2 cash leagues, so what one with sticks.
The draft will be interesting, work restricts yahoo to the limits but CBS.SPORTSLINE is wide open; go figure.

Hey guys start throwing out ideas for a draft date and time. I am good with anything starting after this week. Still realllllllly busy with work this week.

Weekends are usually best for me. If it has to be a weeknight after 6est is fine

Unless I'm off on the day that you choose, it would be best for my anytime after 9:00 pm EST. I work a mid shift from 12-2000 hours, work locks down the computers from any type of game so that will not work. Drafting from a smart phone is not ideal, i tried that with Football and it went badly.
i'm off the 18th, 19th, 24th, and 25th. for these days, just about anytime is good. Anything other then that, after 2100 hours EST is best; the kids are asleep. -

I'm not sure how my schedule is going to work out next week yet, but I'm sure I can adapt. Usually anything after 5pm CST works the best for me. The only day I can't do it would be the 20th as I already have another draft going that day. We're drafting at around 6 so I doubt I would be able to do both leagues on the same day.

The 24th works for me. 5:00 PST would be two hours ahead of the Central timezone correct? So, 7pm here in Texas?

would you guys have any interest in making this an auction draft? I've never done one and have always wanted to...
it works like this: instead of having rounds where you pick player for your team, you nominate a player and make an opening bid... then everyone else has a chance to bid against your... each team has a set budget and a budget for picking players during the season...
seems kinda cool to me and requires a lot of strategy... "I got pujols for $42 but now I only $X to complete my team..."
I'd love to do it this way, but I'm good with a standard draft too... Any thoughts? -

How about trading picks prior to draft day and x amount of dollars to buy players off waivers?

not sure we can set Yahoo up that way... it's pretty customizable, but it has it's limits...
so are we good for our draft on Thursday? Standard draft is fine... -
