It is a very young whiskey, and it tastes of it. Definitly needs a splash of water, and a few minutes to breathe before imbibing to let it mellow somewhat.jliu:

Hit up Total Wine tonight and picked up a few different things. Tried the A$$ Kisser Vanilla Pale Ale. Very good. A bit of pine / citrus / vanilla in the beginning, sounds odds but it really worked for me and a blast of vanilla bean at the end. The finish is nice and it feels and tastes like you just ate a wrapped caramel. I suggest pouring it in a glass instead of drinking out of the bottle. The closer to room temp it gets the more caramel you get.0

Only a growler? About a growler and a half is when things start going bad for me; especially when it is a nice Brown Ale.jthanatos:Is it bad to drink a growler by yourself? Damn you uncommon stout.0 -
