Well guys, the fix is in and the random integer generator from random.org has generated a winning number of 64. Meaning not only has Wayne won it, he nailed it on the head. Congrats Wayne, wish away.
Seems to me like a general lack of interest in the game. There are plenty of cigars out there that we want to try, and there are those that have them or have close access to them, but the lack of participation really grinds this to a halt. But, like you said, it was fun and it definitely served its purpose.
i think another issue there may be is that many of us do not buy in boxes. so if we buy singles or five packs, sending three of a single cigar will wipe out whoever is sending them. this will cause people to not grant a wish.
What I've seen on another forum is similar to this, but the listing is different, also speeds up the game a tad bit.
We already have been doing this here and there, but I think if the person who is up just makes a list of like 10+ cigars they want to try, the person who is granting the wish can pick 3 from that list and just send one of each, instead of 3 of 1 cigar. Of course you can send 4 on their list if you want, but thats the idea. This is a pretty good thread and been around along time, I'd hate to see it go away.

I've been trying to get in on this for about a year now and have never been able to do it and this is the number one reason. A lot of times I have 1 or 2 of something someone is looking for and half the time I haven't even tried it yet myself.

This sounds like it would be the way to go with this game imo. I really like the idea behind make a wish and don't want to see it die.
