Mr Jesse .... The 5 vegas I have had were all great, that really surprises me that you got some sick sticks.. I also LOVE the Torano Signature, I sure hope this one is more pleasant. Keep checking out different stuff, you will find your own favorites too...
The 5 vegas classics were the ones that seemed bad to me when I smoked them.
I had a chance to smoke two of the toranos last night - one while fishing, another on a long car ride. I had a signature while fishing, and it was really fantastic. Great taste, exactly what I expected from a Torano. On the car ride, I had an Exodus 1916. It was very strong, and it didn't have that great of a taste. It was box pressed - I likened it to a worse tasting Rocky Patel. Definitely not my favorite - I'll be saving the other ones for when friends come over!
I agree, the Black Dragon is a good cigar. That was my first Gurkha about a month ago. Very smooth, nice even burn, good flavoring. I went and bought a couple other Gurkha's the other day.
Tonight I am going to smoke a Culebra cigar from Drew Estate. Should be an interesting experience.
The Carlos Torano Signature is a cigar I always have on hand.. I really like that one. And, for the price it can be an everyday smoke for many who also enjoy quality..Not a big fan of the exodus, but if it shows up in a sampler I will smoke it.
Hey urbino, isn't that the best two bucks you ever spent ? I couldn't believe
the the bang for the buck. Sherpa is a good one..
I've really got to get some of these Sherpa's to try, but I've already spent $375 on cigars and paraphernalia this month... Kinda snuck up on me... "Ooh, thats a good deal and I wanted to try that anyway (click)". I just didn't realize how many times I clicked until it was too late.

Yes it is, kas. And, Scrambler, I think we've all been there. I know I have.
Started out w a Back Pearl Rojo robusto. Great construction and burn - good cigar. Tried a Limitada 06 later today and found it interesting, Bought a box and am going to let the rest sit for awhile. Finished the night w a RP OSG - this has become one of my favorites. Probably need to get some more- since they are a close-out (or so they say).
Super cigar day for me. Started off with a RP Olde World Reserve and had a Cusano Sungrown this afternoon. Both were fantastic! Tonight I had a Legends DPG. Started out great and ended up pretty good. So far, my favorite Legends has been the Cusano with the Matasa a close second.

DPG... What do you mean ? I'm not that quick today.. But, TRY the Graycliff
actually the entire line is worth at least one try of each. Perdoma was a memorable one as well..
Thank you, I don't always catch all the text talk... That one didn't really impress me, perhaps it's time to try again.
On the topic of Pepin Garcia, have you tried the Cuban Classic? I enjoyed the heck out of that one, and my mouth waters a bit when I think about it.
Why, yes I have and that is a pretty nice smoke as you mentioned.. His cigars tend to be on the full bodied side which is where I find myself more often recently.

The DPG was good, but I thought it would be better. Heard great things about the Graycliff - look forward to trying.
